Education certainly determines the quality of an individual’s life. It provides a person with endless opportunities for growth and advancement. Our ideas on life alter as a result of learning. Education is crucial for personal development and growth in society.
MB is committed to support Education initiatives. For last many years we are sponsoring tribal village children’s school education at AMVM. Also since AY 2021 we are sponsoring fee for some EWS and Covid affected families’ children.
Every year we provide equipment for MIS auditorium, lab or library as required by them. The alumni spread across the globe has made significant contributions in development of school infrastructure whether it is construction of the Auditorium – Hall of Grace or the Senior Section building.
MB’s contributions enhanced the MIS library. We also donated 25 computer for the Sri Aurobindo Ashram.

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on children’s education. Among many families directly affected, some have lost their bread earning members and are unable to afford the MIS fee anymore. We are sponsoring fees of some such MIS children.
During the pandemic schools moved to online learning and access to technology like laptops and tablets became essential. MB provided technology support to children in economically weaker sections. Tabs and laptops were provided for needy children identified by school.
Auro Mira Vidya Mandir (AMVM) at Kechla, is a fully residential school in tribal village area of Koraput district, south of Odisha. Based on Sri Aurobindo’s education philosophy, school nurtures the physical, vital, mental, psychic and spiritual aspects of children’s personality. The learning of these children is interwoven with the life chores that they do during the entire day.
Ever since the school started in 2008, Mother’s Blossoms has supported and contributed towards the school in all ways possible. In the first year itself we sponsored the education of 10 underprivileged children.
Every year AMVM has been growing in its reach and capacities. A steady progress has ensured a vibrant nourishing environment for students and teachers alike.
25 computers were donated to Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Delhi for their Computer Lab which is used for Vocational Trainees and also for Ashram office.
Renovation of the MIS Senior School Library was taken up by Mother’s Blossoms. The project envisaged – Creation of individual and group carrels, teacher’s lounge and Multimedia room along with improving visible signage and implementing comprehensive layout changes.
Mother’s Blossoms members generously contributed to meet the entire yearly expense of uniforms, books and stationery for Matri Karuna Vidyalaya children.
Mother’s Blossoms sponsored and organised a trip for the children and teachers of Matri Karuna Vidyalaya to the Parle Biscuit Factory and the Neemrana Fort.
Mother’s Blossoms has co-organised Career Fair with MIS two times. Specialised talks by eminent experts were organised on career paths requested by the students. Over 20 institutes from different fields put up stalls in MIS giving information regarding admissions along with career prospects.
The other time 11 fields were identified for introduction to the students. Five out of these career options were for Science and six for the students of Humanities and Commerce. Out of these, 10 were represented by our ex-students.
