Uttarakhand Floods Relief
In October 2021, the Nainital and Almora districts of Uttarakhand were severely affected by flash floods and sudden heavy rainfall, due to cloud burst at Ramgarh in Nainital. People’s houses were swept away. There was loss of life, property and for some days many villages were cut off from the district centres.
To support the affected families in villages around Madhuban (Ramgarh) Mother’s Blossoms provided a wholesome food kit having one month dry ration for 108 families. Through the village outreach program the Distribution was carried out along with staff at Madhuban.
Later a second lot of relief material having jackets and woollens was also provided.
